As Founder of ASIA-CONNECT Executive Interim, Patrick believes that the changes happening in Asia have considerable impact on western businesses. He brings his extensive experience in the region and his recognized vision as a previous founder in the industry to guide ASCEI forward.
After graduating from Ecole des Mines in Nancy, France, Patrick got his master’s degree and Ph.D. in computer science at the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, USA. He started his career with Philips, as an internal consultant specializing in planning and manufacturing operations. He then joined Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. consultants, the consulting arm of what later became KPMG. At KPMG, he developed as an intrapreneur, managing the expansion of his consultancy team from 150 to 550 people, and developed a close team of partners. This stewardship culminated in the sale of the consultancy arm to an American IT firm in 200X. Patrick’s true entrepreneurial venture though was X-PM, one of the first Executive Interim Management companies to operate on the French market. He founded it, ran it, turned it into a well-known brand with a reputation for premium interim management services. With offices in Asia and business partners in Europe, he eventually sold X-PM to a French HR enterprise.
